-each with laser-engraved or silk-screened images of the tree from which the wood originated
- A booklet containing information on wood and trees, the field of interest of the set, plus a sheet about each species of wood in the set
- A 46-page booklet of materials for 10 lesson plans which cover the botany of trees, where they grow, what they are used for. Includes lectures, overheads, quizzes
- Laser-engraved blocks feature a hang-up hole on the back
- A sturdy box which serves as the permanent home for the set
